Established by Max and Peter Davidson in 2025, London & Cape Town Properties is a property development company specialising in high-end residential schemes, commercial projects, and Development Management services.
Max Davidson is a UK qualified architect/developer with over 25 years experience of designing and delivering exceptional residential and commercial schemes in the UK.
Peter Davidson is a UK qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 60 years of experience in the design and development of offices and homes internationally from France to South Africa.
Our Story
30 years ago Peter Davidson purchased two building plots on the emerging Steenberg Estate in Tokai.
Using skills nurtured over a career as a developer and designer in the UK he commissioned the design of two homes, retaining one and selling the other and set down roots in South Africa. He has an extensive track record of creating housing schemes across the Western Cape and successful retail and commercial development in Cape Town.
Max Davidson has also been travelling to South Africa for 25 years and has been recently using the skills acquired over a 30-year career in architecture and development to build relationships with consultants and contractors, to manage new residential projects in Cape Town as well as in the UK.
Between them Peter and Max have a reputation for creating homes that are exceptional in their quality but rooted in their context, for constructing commercial space that is efficient but reflects the current requirements of occupiers and the need for sustainable construction.
A considered response to location, design integrity, attention to detail and craftsmanship are key to the success of their projects, whether residential or commercial.
