Our Story
The foundations of the business stretch back over three decades.
Peter Davidson established a long-term presence in Cape Town through early residential development, building a strong track record across the Western Cape. In parallel, Max Davidson developed his career in architecture and development in the UK, while maintaining close ties to South Africa.
London & Cape Town Properties brings these two paths together, combining international experience with on-the-ground insight.
