The £30m construction phase, delivered by Vinci Construction UK incorporates a new 10 screen Odeon Multiplex, 12 restaurants and 2 family entertainment units offering 70,000sqft of A3/D2 uses over two levels and a 175 space basement car park. The scheme was forward funded by Legal & General and is held in their Leisure Fund.

Construction was completed in October 2016 on time and on budget. The cinema and restaurants in the development are amongst the top performing leisure assets in the UK.
