Work is underway on designs for a new single dwelling on a plot of 1,010sq.m at the Protea Ridge development in Kommetjie. Transfer was completed in March 2026. Construction work is due to start in Q4 2026 with completion by October 2027.

This house will be project managed in-house and designed in collaboration with Simon McCullagh architects. It will represent the next chapter of development for London & Cape Town Properties in Cape Town.
